Important Notes

• Available platforms — Can be built with Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, Angular, React or Vue
• Source code — Complete source code will be delivered upon final payment
• Payment terms — Flexible payment options available

Pricing Structure

Design & Development

• One-time fee: $1000 USD
• Includes complete design and development of the website

Annual Hosting and Maintenance

• Fee: $200 USD/year
• Optional hosting service for your website
• Includes updates, backups, and technical support

Payment Terms

Payment can be made in one of two ways:

• Option 1: If you don't pay the Hosting fee then it will be 50% at the start of the project and 50% at the end of the project upon delivery of the completed website and source code
• Option 2: If you pay the Hosting fee then it will be 30% at the start of the project and 70% at the end of the project upon delivery of the completed website and source code

Important: If payment is not received, the template/website demo could be used as a template in other projects of mine.
