Updated hourly fee

I've been applying to many jobs and in one of these they asked me about my hourly fees and I've said 25 USD. Although I don't think that's the reason I was rejected, because they say it was my lack of expertise, I do think 25 USD as an hourly fee is to high for me. So I'm changing to 15 USD.
