Reacttiv is an on-demand React.js agency: clients needed web and mobile apps shipped fast, without sacrificing quality. I mentored the developers building them and helped set the technical bar.

What I was responsible for

• Mentoring developers and reviewing their work, spreading patterns that held up under deadline pressure.
• Responsive, cross-browser UI implementation across client projects.
• Performance optimization and debugging on production apps.
• Deployment and ongoing maintenance once apps shipped.

Outcome: team delivery speed increased 30%, letting the agency take on more client work without dropping quality.
