Problem: Xalapa had developers, designers, and founders working in isolation, with no shared space to learn from each other or grow the local tech scene.
What I built: XalapaCode, a community I founded and still lead — 40+ workshops and meetups connecting 300+ developers, designers, and entrepreneurs.
Outcome: a self-sustaining local community and a pipeline of people who've grown into working professionals and organizers themselves.
